What happens after you reach us
- A short call. We ask what the fence is for, roughly how many feet, how many gates and whether an old fence comes out first.
- A visit we agree in advance. We walk the line with you, check where the seawall and easements are, and bring samples.
- A written price. One figure for the job, with the gates, tear-out and permit fee shown on their own lines.
Useful to have on hand
- A survey or plot plan, if you have one. It shows the lot lines and any easements, which helps us draw the site plan for the permit.
- Your HOA's fence rules or approval form, if your street has an association.
- An idea of what has to fit through the gates: a mower, a trailer, a boat.
For a repair, a couple of photos of the damage and the address usually tell us most of what we need.
